Out Of Towners

We are an English family that have been living and working seasonally in Halkidiki for the past 5 yrs.This year however we have come back to the UK awaiting the birth of our new baby.
We are looking to return in April on a perminent basis and are looking for a 2/3 bed maisonette/house to rent with gardens and parking (unfurnished is fine as we are shipping our belongings from England) in the Kriopigi, Polichrono, Hanioti or Pefkohori area available for at least 3/4 years.

We understand how difficult it is to find property at the moment but are in need of a property soon so we can put into place arrangements here regarding our move and find schools in the appropriate area for our children.
We were recently paying 300 euro per month on a detached house in Kriopigi and so are looking around paying 3/400 monthly as we know we can afford this even in the quieter winter months.

If you do have any properties available or even a large apartment that you think may suit would it be possible to email some information and photographs as we are ready and waiting with deposits for the right property.
